Cero Trade offers two options for connecting with Evident Registry for I-REC(E):

- Control: You maintain full control over your certificates
- Ideal for: Users with active Participant accounts in Evident

- Requirement: You only need to complete KYB verification
- Functionality: Custodial account managed by Cero Trade, assigned uniquely to you
- Control: Cero Trade manages the account, but certificates are legally yours
- Ideal for: Users without Participant accounts or who prefer simplified management
Integration Process π§β
Option A: Encumbrance Connection (Only for Participants)β
Step 1: Enable Integration in Evident Registry for I-REC(E)β
- Access your Evident Registry for I-REC(E) account
- Go to "Platform Integrations" in your control panel
- Find "Cero Trade" in the official platforms list
- Click "Enable Integration"
Result: Evident Registry for I-REC(E) automatically generates:
- Unique API Key for your account
- "Encumbrance Trade" account for commercial operations
- "Encumbrance Redemption" account for redemptions
Step 2: Configure API Key in Cero Tradeβ
- Copy the API Key generated by Evident Registry for I-REC(E)
- In Cero Trade, go to your profile β settings
- Enter the API Key in the Evident Registry for I-REC(E) integration section
- Confirm connection (automatic verification)
Step 3: Verify Connectionβ
- Cero Trade will verify it can access your Encumbrance accounts
- Status: "Connected" will appear in your panel
- You can now import certificates
Option B: Custodial Account (For all users)β

- Create custodial account from your profile
- Receive certificates directly in your custodial account

What are Encumbrance Accounts? π¦β
Encumbrance accounts are special accounts in Evident Registry for I-REC(E) that function as a "bridge" between Evident Registry for I-REC(E) and Cero Trade:

- ποΈ Delegated management: Cero Trade can move and commercialize certificates
- β‘ Fast operations: No constant manual transfers
- π Complete audit: Everything recorded in both systems
Types of Encumbrance Accounts:β
- "Encumbrance Trade": For certificates you plan to sell/commercialize
- "Encumbrance Redemption": For certificates destined for redemption
Import Certificates: Evident Registry for I-REC(E) β Cero Trade π₯β
Real Process Flow:β
In Evident Registry for I-REC(E):
- Select certificates in your normal Evident Registry for I-REC(E) account
- Transfer certificates to your "Encumbrance Trade" account
- Certificates become available to Cero Trade
In Cero Trade:
- Go to Portfolio β Import from Evident Registry for I-REC(E)
- Cero Trade detects certificates in your Encumbrance account
- Confirm import (certificates appear as "Unassigned")
- You can now manage them in Cero Trade
You must manually move your certificates from your normal Evident Registry for I-REC(E) account to the "Encumbrance Trade" account BEFORE being able to import them into Cero Trade.
Export Certificates: Cero Trade β Evident Registry for I-REC(E) π€β
You do NOT need to have Evident Registry for I-REC(E) integration configured to make withdrawals. Any user can withdraw certificates to any valid Evident Registry for I-REC(E) account.
Withdrawal Process:β
In Cero Trade:
- Select certificates in "Unassigned" status
- Go to Portfolio β Withdraw to Evident Registry for I-REC(E)
- Specify destination account: You can choose ANY valid Evident Registry for I-REC(E) account
- Confirm and pay applicable commission
Destination Options:
- Your normal Evident Registry for I-REC(E) account (most common)
- Client account (if you're a consultant)
- Different corporate account (subsidiaries, etc.)
- Any valid Evident Registry for I-REC(E) account you specify
You're NOT limited to withdrawing only to your Encumbrance account. You can send certificates to any Evident Registry for I-REC(E) account you need.
